Why did you choose Cubis?

I chose Cubis to advance my career and specialize in SAP, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA solutions. Cubis is renowned for its innovative and high-quality ERP solutions, which align with my professional goals. The company’s commitment to addressing intricate business challenges through technology, as well as its dynamic team, greatly appealed to me. What solidified my choice was the welcoming , kindness and knowledgeable atmosphere during the interviews, especially the insights I gained from interviewing Pedro, Joachim.

What did you do before Cubis?

Before joining Cubis, I had the opportunity to work on several challenging and rewarding projects that allowed me to hone my skills. In my previous roles, I was actively involved in finance transformation projects, and financial process optimization. I worked on projects that spanned multiple entities and had the privilege of working with diverse teams to ensure the successful implementation of financial systems.

I’ve developed substantial experience as a “cost killer” 😉, and finance manager, focusing on various financial aspects, including internal control, reporting, consolidation, budget management, and financial process enhancement. These experiences have equipped me well for my current role.

Who is your rolemodel and why?

My role model is Mother Teresa because of her unwavering dedication to helping the less fortunate. She embodies the values of compassion and empathy in their purest form. I believe that by emulating her spirit of compassion and selflessness, we can contribute to making the world a better place for everyone. Her legacy inspires me to strive for a more compassionate and empathetic world, where small acts of kindness can lead to significant positive changes.
